We are looking for a well-organised and proactive 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise IT support tickets using Jira.
- Respond to and resolve user incidents and service requests.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across hardware, software, and systems.
- Escalate complex issues where required and maintain accurate ticket updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in 1st and/or 2nd line IT support.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
