IBM i Service Desk Technical Consultant

\nAre you an experienced IBM Power i (IBM i/AS400) Technical Consultant looking for your next challenge?
\nJoin our expert Service Desk team and support enterprise customers across finance, manufacturing and retail.
\nYou'll provide proactive monitoring, technical consultancy and 1st/2nd line support, ensuring business-critical IBM i environments remain secure, resilient and performing at their best.
\nWhat your day to day looks like:
\n- \n
- Deliver remote technical support for IBM i managed services customers \n
- Manage incidents through to resolution \n
- Support backups, HA, DR, patching and upgrades \n
- Proactively monitor and optimise customer environments \n
- Work closely with customers and internal technical teams to deliver exceptional service \n
What we need from you:
\n- \n
- 4+ years' experience in a senior Service Desk or Operations role \n
- Strong IBM Power i/IBM i administration skills \n
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure, managed services and ticketing systems \n
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting and customer service skills \n
