Senior PMO Analyst

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Senior PMO Contractor to join a our client who is undergoing significant business and technology transformation.

This is a high-profile role supporting the successful delivery of a complex portfolio of strategic programmes across multiple regions and business functions.

  • Key Skills & Experience
  • Extensive experience operating as a Senior PMO within large-scale corporate environments.
  • Proven track record supporting complex transformation, technology, digital, or business change programmes.
  • Strong portfolio management, central governance, reporting, planning, and financial management expertise.
  • Experience working across global and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience using enterprise project management tools such as Planview, Clarity, Jira or similar.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches.

Desirable Qualifications

  • P3O, MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience within large multinational organisations.
  • Exposure to regulatory, compliance, or risk-driven environments.
  • Experience supporting multi-million-pound programme portfolios.
