Working as part of a collaborative IT team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, supporting cloud migration initiatives, and providing 2nd/3rd line technical support across the wider IT estate.
You’ll work closely with IT Operations, Applications, Change, and Delivery teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance the stability and performance of critical infrastructure.
Design, deploy, maintain, and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure across Iaa S, Paa S, and Saa S environments.
Contribute to cloud migration projects and the design of new infrastructure platforms.
Provide 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure support, working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve complex technical issues.
Monitor, optimise, and manage cloud performance, availability, security, and cost efficiency.
Deliver technical implementation for infrastructure changes and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities.
Support disaster recovery planning, business continuity testing, and cyber security initiatives to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, technical standards, and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and continuous improvement across the IT infrastructure estate.
Strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
Proven experience supporting complex enterprise infrastructure environments.
Solid understanding of Azure networking, virtual machines, storage, identity management, and security best practices.
Experience with cloud migration projects and hybrid cloud environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills with experience providing 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support.
