Our client a global consultancy is looking for a D365 Functional Consultant on an initial 6 month contract with the option of extension thereafter.

Responsibilities:

Lead functional design and configuration for CIJ (customer insight journey) Real Time marketing

Configure Real Time events, event triggers, and event-based conditions

Build Real Time segments (behavioural, event-driven, attribute segments)

Design customer journeys with branching logic (conditions, A/B splits, wait conditions, exit rules)

Configure brand profiles, compliance profiles, consent centre, subscription centres

Build email/SMS/WhatsApp templates with personalization & rules

Define KPI tracking, journey analytics, reporting requirements

Conduct requirement workshops, UAT, training & documentation

Required Skills & Experience

5-8 years in Dynamics 365 Marketing/CIJ

Strong understanding of CIJ RTM features: events, segments, branching journeys

Hands-on with journey orchestration, goals, suppression rules, exit conditions

Experience configuring consent & compliance profiles with regional logic

Strong template-building skills: email, SMS, dynamic text, personalization

Good analytical skills for interpreting journey insights & performance

Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
