Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their team based in Lichfield on a permanent basis. Please note, the role will require you to be on-site for 4 days per week.
You will be a key member of the Technical Infrastructure team and the primary point of contact for all end user desktop, device, and access-related issues across the business. This role delivers high-quality End User Support (EUS), Field Services, onboarding/offboarding, and technical troubleshooting to ensure that all staff have reliable, secure, and productive technology.

Key Skills:- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Field Services
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, applications, devices, and networks
- Prior experience working as a primary support contact or senior escalation point
- Experience administering Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and own issues end-to-end
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-service skills
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
