12-18 month Fixed Term Contract with a view to go Permanent. Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Support Analyst to join their team on an FTC basis, initially for 12-18 months with a view to extend. Please note, the role is hybrid, with 3 days per week required on-site in Leeds.

You will come from an Infrastructure background, including Service Desk Support at 2 and 3 line level. You will have around 5 years’ plus experience ideally.   • M365 (including Defender ATP, Entra/AzureAD, Exchange, Intune and Teams)
  • Meraki Wi-Fi and switches
  • Microsoft Windows Server management
  • Windows 11 Infrastructure Support background – including Service Desk at 2 to 3 line level
  • Good attention to detail
  • Clear and Concise communication skills, both written and verbal
