We're looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our growing technology team. You'll lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions, provide technical guidance to developers, and help drive engineering best practices across the business. Working closely with Product, DevOps, QA, Support, and Project teams, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality applications while mentoring team members and contributing to technical strategy.

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years' software development experience
  • Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET
  • Experience with Azure, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, REST APIs, MVC, Web APIs
  • Experience with Docker, gRPC, Azure Service Bus
  • Proficient with Git and modern development practices
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring developers
