As Lead Business Analyst, you’ll take ownership of business analysis across large, complex projects—leading teams, shaping solutions, and ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals.

Location: Egham, Surrey

Salary: c. £65,000 (DOE)

Role/responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts
  • Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (user stories, epics, artefacts)
  • Act as a key bridge between stakeholders, developers, and customers
  • Guide Agile delivery using tools like JIRA
  • Oversee discovery phases, high-level design, and project scoping
  • Champion best practices and continuous improvement within the BA team

Key experience

  • Proven leadership experience in Business Analysis
  • Strong background in Agile/SCRUM environments
  • Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and user story writing
  • Experience working with APIs and technical systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver clarity
