Our client is seeking an ambitious Junior IT Business Analyst to join their Global Integration Team, supporting business operations across the EMEA region. Working alongside experienced Business Analysts and technical specialists, you'll help deliver technology solutions that improve business performance while developing valuable skills in systems analysis, project delivery, and stakeholder management. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years' experience who is eager to learn and build a long-term career in Business Analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior Business Analysts with gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings and workshops.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement drafts, User Manuals, Process Maps, and training materials.
- Assist with business process mapping to ensure new system developments align with operational workflows.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
