IT Support Technician

Hybrid Working in Exeter

Our client are seeking an enthusiastic IT & Communications Support Technician to be the go-to tech expert for their regional offices. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, resolving a wide range of technical issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. With a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow their technical expertise. You’ll also have the chance to travel to other UK offices, expanding your experience and network.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on desktop support and manage ticket queues
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support and maintain Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
  • Handle device deployment, user onboarding/offboarding, and mobile management
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams
  • Champion a security-first mindset in all tasks

What You’ll Bring:
