An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of IT Service Operations to join a highly regulated organisation in a key technology leadership role. You'll be responsible for the performance, governance and resilience of IT services across the UK business. Working within a global technology model, you'll lead Service Operations, ensuring technology services are secure, efficient and aligned with business objectives. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence technology strategy, lead operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across the IT function.

  • Vendor and supplier management

Working closely with senior business leaders and global technology teams, you'll ensure IT services remain resilient, customer-focused and fit for the future.
