Data Quality Lead - Hybrid Shape the future of Data Quality We're looking for an experienced Data Quality Lead to take ownership of enterprise Data Quality strategy and help build the foundations for a more data-driven and AI-ready organisation.
This is a senior opportunity for someone who understands Data Quality at enterprise scale and can turn strategy into practical, measurable improvements across people, processes and technology.
You'll work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, influence change and help embed quality into the way data is created, managed and used.
What you'll be doing Own and deliver the enterprise Data Quality strategy, roadmap and vision .
Build and mature Data Quality capabilities across people, process and technology .
Establish effective Data Quality frameworks, rules, controls, monitoring and issue management .
Embed Data Quality into data migrations, integrations and transformation programmes .
Lead the adoption and use of Collibra and Databricks Unity Catalog .
Improve data monitoring, reporting and preventative controls, with a focus on quality at source.
Partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards, technology teams and business stakeholders to resolve complex data issues.
