We're working with an established organisation undergoing continued investment in its Microsoft business applications landscape. They are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to play a key role in enhancing, supporting and developing their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on development, solving complex technical challenges and working across integrations, data flows and enterprise applications.
The Role
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business-critical CRM solutions whilst collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver improvements across the wider Microsoft ecosystem. You will be involved in:
- Developing and enhancing Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse solutions
- Building custom plugins, integrations and APIs
- Supporting and optimising existing CRM functionality
- Working across the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Improving system performance, scalability and reliability
- Supporting data integrations with internal and third-party systems
- Contributing to deployment, release and change management processes
- Producing clear technical documentation and best practice guidance
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Excellent knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform technologies
- Experience developing in C#/.NET and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and data-driven applications
- Experience working with Azure integration technologies
- Knowledge of source control and CI/CD processes
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Experience
- Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or Field Service
- Power BI and reporting solutions
- Azure data services and enterprise integration platforms
- Data migration and CRM data quality initiatives
- Experience within large-scale or highly regulated environments
