n IT Procurement Analyst \n Permanent | Hybrid (3 days on-site per week) | Up to £40k per annum + Benefits \n Our client are seeking are seeking a motivated IT Procurement Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. Working closely with IT leadership, you will play a key role in coordinating procurement activities, managing supplier and contract administration, maintaining budget information and supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the department. \Coordinating procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier administration and contract renewals. \Maintaining records relating to contracts, licences, assets and supplier agreements. \Processing invoices, monitoring expenditure and supporting budget management and financial reporting. \Organising travel arrangements, training bookings and other operational activities. \Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping to maintain efficient and effective processes. \Experience working within procurement, contract administration, finance support or a similar role. \Experience managing supplier relationships, purchase orders, invoices and contract renewals. \Is confident working with financial information, budgets and management reports. \Has strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. \Ideally has experience working within an IT or technology environment. \n We take our obligations to protect your personal data very seriously.
