Job Description
Digital Product Analyst
Our client is looking for a Digital Product Analyst to deliver large scale projects and ensure the delivery of a robust, efficient and user-friendly service to our customers across the organisation. You will contribute to the application roadmap and backlog, delivering high quality, documented requirements to ensure timely delivery of agreed workloads through well planned sprints.
You will work with team members under the direction of the application owner to deliver to defined strategy and future plans for the application line.

Key skills/experience
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Delivering documented requirements to a backlog as user stories
- Experience of delivering robust solutions using tools provided as part of the application set to agreed time, cost and quality levels
- Demonstrable experience of delivering using agile methodologies
- Knowledge of best practice in analysis techniques
- Knowledge of the application line, an understanding of relevant business processes and challenges faced by operational teams
- Knowledge of Data Protection and/or GDPR
- Education to Degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent qualifications and/or experience
- Certification relevant to applications
- CAP/CBAP or similar certification in Business or Systems Analysis
