Our client is seeking to onboard a Business Analyst into their team on a permanent basis, with ideally 3-5 years experience. This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to deliver a number of business-critical projects and transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements, working closely with both stakeholders and technical teams to support successful project delivery.   • Holds or is committed to achieving a Business Analysis International Diploma or possesses equivalent experience/qualifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and support techniques through research, training, certifications, or conferences to apply current industry best practices.
  • Experience in business process mapping and streamlining processes.
  • Maintains excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks, ensuring high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
