We're looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our growing technology team and play a key role in shaping the development and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
In this role, you'll provide technical leadership across the development life cycle, guiding and mentoring developers while helping to establish and drive engineering best practices. You'll work closely with colleagues across Product, DevOps, QA, Support, and Project teams, contributing to technical strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of robust applications.
Key skills/experience
- Extensive software development experience with the below Tech stack
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET
- Experience with Azure, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, REST APIs, MVC, and Web APIs
- Experience with Docker, gRPC, and Azure Service Bus
- Proficiency with Git and modern software development practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous experience leading, mentoring and supporting developers
