Our client is seeking a proactive and versatile IT Business Analyst to join their European Information Systems Centre, supporting business operations across the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity to become the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to deliver innovative global systems and technology solutions. You'll play a key role in translating business requirements into effective IT solutions that enhance customer-facing platforms and internal operational systems.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will work closely with business users, external partners, and Global IT teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives. You will support projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through to implementation, testing, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and functional documentation for technical development teams.
- Support systems integration projects by ensuring accurate process mapping and end-to-end data integrity.
- Assist with project delivery, monitoring milestones and ensuring technical alignment.
