The predicted salary is between 23850 - 29150 £ per year.

Our client is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to take responsibility for the coordination of work relating to 1st and some 2nd line support tasks within the business. You will work within a small support team that provides general IT support services Monday to Friday 8am-5pm for on-site and remote staff. This may require working with other internal support teams, outsourced managed service providers and suppliers, including liaising with the IT Operations team overseas, to ensure that end-user setup and support issues are resolved.

Hybrid working - 4 days on site (Mandatory)

  • Build and configuration of laptops (HP) ready for end users
  • Work with IT service providers (Internal & External) to support and administer IT and business systems, including Telephony, Servers, Networks, O365 etc.
  • Administer the mobile phones and tablets estate using Intune
  • Improve and maintain existing IT processes and system documentation
  • Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Good understanding of Microsoft O365 Applications, MS Teams etc.
  • Good understanding of networking principles, including VPN’s
  • Windows 2019 (awareness)

Skills, Competencies & Personal Qualities

  • ITIL V3 Foundation qualified (desired)
