We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer (2nd Line) to join our IT Team. This role is ideal for someone who is a problem-solver with a solid understanding of IT systems and ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a 2nd line support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Proficiency in desktop support, including Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
