We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and high-performing team.
The Role
You’ll have the freedom and support to build your own desk and develop long-term client relationships in your chosen or generalist IT area. Whether you’ve worked as an Account Manager, Delivery Consultant, or Business Development Manager, this is your chance to take the next step and make your mark in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be the bridge between clients and high-calibre candidates, matching the right people to the right opportunities while offering trusted market insight and genuine value.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and nurture new client relationships through outreach and networking
- Manage your own desk with autonomy and commercial freedom within the UK
- Source, engage and support candidates throughout their recruitment journey
- Collaborate with our dedicated delivery team for candidate sourcing and support as required
