We are working with a leading global banking organisation to recruit a Business Communications Manager to join a growing Technology Innovation function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Manager, Communications Manager, Strategy Manager or Technology professional who combines strong commercial and organisational skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
The role sits at the intersection of business management, technology innovation, strategy, stakeholder engagement and communications. You will work closely with Technology Innovation leadership and stakeholders across the Bank to raise awareness of key initiatives, drive engagement and help demonstrate the value and impact of technology innovation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing business management support to the Technology Innovation leadership team.
- Coordinating and delivering technology innovation events, including town halls, technology talks, speaker sessions and leadership events.
- Working with technology SMEs and business stakeholders to understand key initiatives and translate them into clear, engaging business narratives.
- Developing executive-ready presentations, briefing packs, case studies and portfolio materials.
- Creating and coordinating newsletters, innovation updates and awareness communications.
- Supporting communications and engagement around strategic technology themes, particularly AI, automation and emerging technology.
- Developing and maintaining communications and events plans across multiple initiatives.
- Supporting the creation of short-form video and other digital content, using established templates and resources.
- Helping to build visibility of innovation activity across the Bank and, in particular, connecting activity happening across different teams and geographies.
- Supporting the development of messaging and materials that demonstrate the value, progress and outcomes of Technology Innovation initiatives.
