We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role you will spend three days per week in our Reading office and two days from home. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping our people strategy while managing a global HR team across the Philippines, the US, and Europe.

You will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, developing and implementing policies, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring full compliance with employment legislation. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional with strong leadership capabilities and deep HR systems expertise to contribute to our continued organisational growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals and evolving business needs.
  • Lead and manage a global HR team across multiple regions, ensuring consistent HR standards and best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, utilising ATS platforms such as Team Tailor to attract high-quality talent.
  • Manage onboarding programmes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new employees across all locations.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and consistency.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, support workforce planning, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of employment legislation to ensure ongoing compliance in the UK and awareness of global considerations.
  • Deliver training sessions, presentations, and HR-led initiatives to support organisational culture and employee development.
  • Manage HRIS systems for accurate record keeping, reporting, workflow processes, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce planning, organisational structure, and future talent needs.
  • Oversee payroll coordination.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven HR management experience, within a fast-paced or growing organisation on an international scale.
  • Additional experience supporting Payroll, Compensation & Benefits activities or projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms including HiBob.
  • In-depth understanding of HR best practices, UK employment law, and organisational development principles.
  • Demonstrated capability in HR data analysis, reporting, and using HR metrics to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Team Tailor.
