Manage and qualify inbound enquiries across web, email and phone, ensuring timely and professional engagement β€’ Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives, with clear context and qualification β€’ Work closely with Marketing and Sales to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness β€’ Maintain accurate CRM records and clear pipeline visibility Over time, there may be opportunities to support targeted outbound activity as part of broader development.
