We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and market performance of our product portfolio serving mid-market B2B customers. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define product strategy, manage multiple product roadmaps, and deliver solutions that address real customer pain points and drive measurable business impact. As a Product Manager within our organisation, you will act as the strategic voice of our customers while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility. You will take ownership of your assigned product portfolio, translating market opportunities into clear product direction, ensuring successful feature delivery, and continuously optimising for customer value and retention.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product(s) through full lifecycle (ideation to launch to optimisation)
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple products or product portfolios
  • Success working within mid-market customer segments with emphasis on customer retention and expansion
  • Experience with subscription-based or recurring revenue business models
  • Experience collaborating with distributed or remote cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with design tools and UX principles is a plus
