The Partner & Growth Manager will play a key role in both supporting and scaling our reseller and technology partner ecosystem and contributing to broader commercial growth initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for managing and enabling existing reseller partners, onboarding new partners as we expand, and ensuring partners are equipped with the processes, tools, and knowledge required to succeed. In addition, the role will support the wider Growth Sales team across business development activities, pre-sales support, and solution design, acting as a connective layer between sales, partners, product, and delivery. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is commercially minded, operationally strong, and comfortable working across sales, partnerships, and technical teams.
