Overview
As a Project Resource Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective scheduling, allocation, and utilisation of our Professional Services (PS) team and wider technical resources. This is a fast‑paced, people‑first role within our PMO, ideal for someone who is highly organised, a strong communicator, and excited about growing their career in project delivery. You’ll be central to coordinating resource bookings, tracking availability, and supporting the PMO with operational excellence. Alongside this, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to project delivery, offering a clear development pathway into project management. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bookings of Professional Services, Solution Architects, and Operational Engineers.
- Maintain and continually update Resource Maps.
- Host weekly resourcing calls with key stakeholders (Head of PS, Presales Manager, PMO).
- Track and manage third‑party Professional Services and time banks.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on resource utilisation, availability, and booked revenue.
- Support distribution and completion of project documents, including via DocuSign.
Project Delivery Support
- Create project startup and handover collateral for Project Managers.
- Assist PMs with project monitoring, updates, and documentation following PMO guidelines.
- Take ownership of small, resource‑coordinated tasks—gaining valuable project delivery experience.
- Host stakeholder calls, capturing updates and ensuring accurate communication across the PMO.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and improvements in the Resource Coordination and the wider PMO practice.
Pathway into Project Management
- Managing day‑to‑day project tasks and maintaining RAID logs.
- Monitoring project progress and supporting issue/risk resolution.
- Building detailed project plans and ensuring project documentation is accurate and complete.
- Supporting customer updates and representing the PMO in internal/external calls.
