Pro4orm People Ltd have partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company in search of an innovative Market Access Manager.
We are looking to speak to individuals with the experience to be able to bring the value propositions of our clients products to life for the non-clinical stakeholder.
This is a Field based role to cover the London area and support colleagues if required across UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Develop an aligned target list of non-clinical stakeholders that will optimise access to our clients lead products and support delivery of commercial sales objectives.
Proactively network and collaborate with targeted non-clinical healthcare system stakeholders (Chief Pharmacists, Head of Medicines Management, Clinical Pharmacists, Business Managers and othersβ¦) to support the approval and implementation of business cases/formularies with relevant clinical and economic data that allow for the access, funding, and uptake of our clients lead product.
Deploy appropriate tools (Value Proposition Toolkit, Budget Impact Models, Publications, Business Case) and share relevant information to inform and shape opinion regarding the value of our clients lead product to non-clinical stakeholders. Provide constructive feedback and insight to the Head of Value and Access that supports the continuous improvement of these tools.
To act as the regional NHS expert and work with the Brand Team and Regional Business Director to identify future changes that could assist or hamper our clients commercial activities.
Support the Head of Value & Access, Marketing and Brand Teams to evolve the Market Access strategy that is aligned with the lead product vision and long-term strategy.
Ensure the highest of standards of quality and compliance are maintained according to the latest ABPI Code of Practice.
