Pro4ormpeople Ltd are working with a global pharmaceutical company who are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join their team in respiratory. We are looking to speak to an experienced Key Account Manager selling into customers across Secondary care, Primary care and Payors. This role is covering the south-central region including Berks, Bucks, Oxford, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Jersey.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop relationships within key accounts in a designated geographical area to obtain formulary status for the company’s Specialty portfolio through an account management model.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local customer environment and priorities and ensure company strategies and tactics are aligned accordingly.
- Develop and maintain key account plans within the business plan that ensures uptake of our specialty brands once formulary status has been achieved.
- Ensure sales targets are met.
- Attend sales meetings and head office meetings to share best practice, discuss regional business plans and key account plans and understand the overall strategic and tactical requirements for the portfolio.
- Negotiate and implement commercial terms for regional customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- ABPI Qualified
- Excellent sales performance within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experienced in identifying, developing and leading key influencers across primary care, secondary care and DMU / Payors
- Self-starter who is agile and innovative
- Full, clean UK driving licence
