Pro4orm People are recruiting for a Clinical Educator to join a growing Pharmaceutical company with an amazing family‑feel culture. This is a great role for a nurse looking to move into the Pharma industry. The role covers the South West and South Wales including Devon, Cornwall, Exeter, Dorchester and Somerset – Please note this role is a field‑based role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that company strategy is being supported appropriately via educational activities.
  • Work with regional team and agree upon appropriate HCPs/trusts/departments to offer educational and product support to.
  • Develop and maintain strong links with KOLs and customers to facilitate training sessions and clinic educational support.
  • Develop and strengthen regional links with relevant customer organisations such as regional nurse networks.
  • Compliantly collate and feedback on nursing activities in CRM system and highlight to regional team any challenges or opportunities presented to delivery of the regional plans.
  • Adhere to financial budgets and control procedures.
  • Acquire and maintain excellent on‑licence product knowledge and disease area expertise.
  • Assist in the planning and organisation of appropriate promotional educational meetings.
  • Correctly identify situations where it would be more appropriate for the non‑promotional team (Medical Team) to work with the customer and facilitate a compliant handover.
  • Develop nurse‑led initiatives to enhance customer experience and effective pull‑through within accounts.
  • Provide training and education in specialist nursing field to appropriate personnel both within and external to the business.
