Pro4orm People Ltd have partnered with one of our amazing pharmaceutical clients who are growing as a business. Our client is known for having a great company culture and always focuses on developing their teams and promoting from within. We are looking for a nurse who has worked in a secondary care background with experience of education and/or mentoring others who wants to step into a Clinical Educator role in the Pharmaceutical industry. This is a field-based role covering the East Midlands and Bedfordshire.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that company strategy is being supported appropriately via educational activities.
- Work with regional team and agree upon appropriate HCPs/trusts/departments to offer educational and product support to.
- Develop and maintain strong links with KOLs and customers to facilitate training sessions and clinic educational support.
- Develop and strengthen regional links with relevant customer organisations such as regional nurse networks.
- Compliantly collate and feedback on nursing activities in CRM system and highlight to regional team any challenges or opportunities presented to delivery of the regional plans.
- Adhere to financial budgets and control procedures.
- Acquire and maintain excellent on-licence product knowledge.
- Assist in the planning and organisation of appropriate promotional educational meetings.
- Develop nurse-led initiatives to enhance customer experience and effective pull through within accounts.
- Provide training and education in specialist nursing field to appropriate personnel both within and external to the business.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Bachelor of science and/or nursing background
- ABPI qualified
- Experience in clinical environment
- Experience in training, mentoring or educating others
- Full UK driving licence
