Pro4orm People Ltd have partnered with a global strategy consultancy supporting the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry, in the search for a Cluster Lead. The position involves demonstrated project leadership, team management and ability to establish multiple client relationships. Due to continued growth, our client's team is expanding. Our client offers a competitive salary and a generous bonus scheme, as well as healthcare coverage, and uncapped annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through effective management of high-quality client engagements and building multiple client relationships.
  • The Cluster Lead is responsible for assigning project roles and responsibilities to project team members and ensuring excellence in our client deliverables.
  • Identify additional growth opportunities & develop insightful proposals that address client questions and challenges.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a relevant role, either in consulting or industry.
  • Experience in the primary global markets, US, EU4 and UK is preferred.
  • Flexibility in working across several time zones is important.
