Pro4orm People Ltd have partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company in the search of a Clinical Nurse Educator. Our client is driven by innovation and improving the health and quality of life for patients, a growing company with an innovative product. This role is primarily educational and clinical in nature, working in close partnership with Key Account Managers. We are looking to speak to people who have strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross functionally, with good organisational skills and time management. This is a field-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Add clinical and educational value to the sales team by supporting high-quality scientific and nursing-level discussions.
- Represent our client where required in its dealings with customers, outside agencies and other interested persons and parties.
- Support the identification of patients who may benefit from our clients therapies, within an educational framework.
- Help to improve nurse confidence in patient selection, education, and ongoing management.
- Support nurse understanding of therapy initiation, administration, and ongoing patient management.
- Act as a clinical resource to HCPs, helping manage nurse and patient expectations around therapy outcomes and treatment journeys.
- Work collaboratively with Key Account Managers to support account objectives while maintaining a clear educational remit.
- Be a brand expert and use this knowledge to deliver effective engagement and support for assigned HCPs.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Experience delivering education or training to healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a field-based role
- Full UK driving licence
- Extensive experience with Office 365
