Overview
We are looking to appoint an experienced Brand Manager to take full ownership of a UK product portfolio and play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategy, driving performance and ensuring excellence in execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement UK brand plans aligned with global strategy.
- Lead multi‑channel campaigns and manage launches and lifecycle activities for key products.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Business Insights and Public Affairs, acting as a brand champion and first point of contact for the field team.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to guide decision‑making.
- Continuously optimise brand performance through KPIs and ROI analysis.
- Support product training and contribute to building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management.
- Commercially astute, organised and proactive.
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system and the ABPI Code; an ABPI qualification is highly desirable.
- Preference for candidates with solid experience as an Associate Brand Manager who are seeking the next step in their career.
