Pro4orm People are recruiting for a Clinical Educator to join a growing Pharmaceutical company with an amazing family feel culture. This is a great role for a nurse looking to move into the Pharma industry. The role covers the South West and South Wales including Devon, Cornwall, Exeter, Dorchester and Somerset - Please note this role is a field based role.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that company strategy is being supported appropriately via educational activities.
- Work with regional team and agree upon appropriate HCPs/trusts/departments to offer educational and product support to.
- Develop and maintain strong links with KOLs and customers to facilitate training sessions and clinic educational support.
- Develop and strengthen regional links with relevant customer organisations such as regional nurse networks.
- Compliantly collate and feedback on nursing activities in CRM system and highlight to regional team any challenges or opportunities presented to delivery of the regional plans.
- Adhere to financial budgets and control procedures.
- Acquire and maintain excellent on-licence product knowledge and disease area expertise.
- Assist in the planning and organisation of appropriate promotional educational meetings.
- Correctly identify situations where it would be more appropriate for the non-promotional team (Medical Team) to work with the customer and facilitate a compliant handover.
- Develop nurse-led initiatives to enhance customer experience and effective pull through within accounts.
- Provide training and education in specialist nursing field to appropriate personnel both within and external to the business.
