About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and organized Account Manager to join a busy print and production environment. This is a full-cycle account management role, taking print jobs from initial quote through to completion. The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, process job cards, coordinate stock ordering, oversee production timelines and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
All communication is handled via phone and email, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. This is a fast-paced position suited to somebody who can manage multiple priorities, work proactively and take ownership of their workload without constant supervision.
