About the Role:
Join our busy auction centre team! As a Yard Operative, you'll assist with daily operations by driving and parking various types of vehicles around the yard. This role involves a lot of walking and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
What You'll Do:
- Move a high volume of vehicles around the yard
- Jump-start vehicles when needed (training provided)
- Refer any issues or complaints to the relevant manager
- Support other yard tasks to meet operational needs
Who You Are:
- Hold a valid UK Driving Licence - minimum 2 years
- Must be over 21 years
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet all day
- Able to follow instructions and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and willing to assist other departments when required
