- Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients
- Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns

The environment is supportive but independent, with people trusted to manage their own workload without excessive micromanagement. The firm offers hybrid working, flexibility around hours where needed, and a strong work‑life balance culture.

- Previous experience within personal tax in an accountancy practice
- Strong compliance knowledge
- The ability to manage work independently
- Good communication and client‑facing skills
- An interest in broader advisory work
Experience with trusts, estates or probate work would be beneficial but is not essential.
