As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced Trusts Manager to oversee a portfolio of trusts, develop the team, and ensure the highest standards of client service.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive individual with a strong background in trust case management. You will lead and develop a team, ensuring trust cases are managed efficiently while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of trusts, delivering exceptional client service.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of trust case managers.
  • Ensure efficient administration of trust cases and compliance with all relevant policies.
  • Deliver technical training to develop the skills of the wider team.
  • Offer specialist trust knowledge and support business projects where needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of risk management and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to contribute to business development and operational success.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience managing trusts in a similar environment.
  • A relevant Law degree or STEP qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of UK trust taxation.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
