The Role
- Lead complex transfer pricing advisory engagements for large and listed businesses
- Design, implement and defend global transfer pricing policies and frameworks
- Oversee preparation and review of Master Files, Local Files, and detailed economic analyses
- Advise on restructuring, supply chain transformation, and cross‑border value chain design
- Support intercompany financing arrangements and intangible asset structuring
- Manage transfer pricing aspects of HMRC enquiries, audits, and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with international teams on cross‑border client engagements
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and client pitches
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the UK transfer pricing practice
