A forward‑thinking Mid‑tier client is recruiting into their expanding Transfer Pricing team and is looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager who wants to play a key role in building and shaping a growing specialist service line. This is an opportunity to work on high‑quality, technically interesting transfer pricing work, gain exposure across a broad range of projects, and actively contribute to the development of both people and the wider practice.

What you’ll be doing:

  • This is a highly varied role, delivering robust transfer pricing research, financial analysis, and economic benchmarking.
  • Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation in line with UK and international standards.
  • Leveraging databases and AI‑enabled tools to support high‑quality analysis.
  • Supporting client interactions, presentations, and end‑to‑end project delivery.
  • Managing work streams, deadlines, and quality across multiple engagements.
  • Coaching and developing junior team members.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across service lines and international teams.

  • 2+ years’ dedicated transfer pricing experience within a UK professional services firm.
  • Strong experience in economic analysis and benchmarking.
  • Confidence drafting core TP deliverables (Local File, Master File, planning memos, etc.).
  • A collaborative mindset and interest in helping grow a team and service line.
