The Role
- Lead buy‑side and sell‑side tax due diligence projects
- Identify and quantify tax risks and opportunities within target businesses
- Advise on tax‑efficient acquisition, disposal and restructuring strategies
- Support SPA negotiations, including drafting and reviewing tax provisions
- Provide structuring advice on cross‑border transactions and group reorganisations
- Work closely with corporate finance, legal and international teams on deals
- Advise on refinancing, debt structuring and post‑deal integration
- Build and manage senior client relationships, including private equity stakeholders
- Lead, coach and develop junior team members
- Play an active role in shaping and growing the transactions tax practice

About You
- CTA / ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
- Strong UK corporate tax and transactions tax experience
- Proven track record in tax due diligence and deal advisory
- Experience working with private equity and/or large corporate clients
- Commercially minded with strong financial and analytical capability
- Confident communicator with experience managing senior stakeholders
