Manager - Transfer Pricing
Join our client's Transfer Pricing team and help multinational businesses navigate complex intercompany transactions while ensuring compliance with UK and international tax regulations. You'll work with a diverse range of clients, lead technical projects, and collaborate with specialists across our global network to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of clients and lead transfer pricing engagements from planning through to delivery.
- Advise multinational businesses on transfer pricing, tax, and international business matters.
- Manage project budgets, risks, and client relationships.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with specialists across our global network on cross-border projects.
- Coach and develop junior team members through training and mentoring.
- Stay up to date with transfer pricing and wider tax developments.
What you'll bring
- ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification (or relevant international qualification/experience).
- Strong transfer pricing experience, ideally advising multinational clients.
- Excellent client and project management skills, including financial and risk management.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for developing others and delivering high-quality client service.
