A highly regarded independent mid-tier tax firm is looking to hire an ambitious Tax Advisory professional into its growing Corporate & OMB team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad, high-quality advisory exposure while working closely with entrepreneurial businesses, shareholders, and senior stakeholders in a collaborative environment with clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on corporate restructurings, reorganisations, incorporations, and shareholder exits
- Supporting on transactions, MBOs, and company purchase of own shares
- Preparing advisory reports, structure planning reports, and HMRC clearance applications
- Reviewing legal documentation from a tax perspective
- Working directly with Partners, Directors, and clients on complex advisory projects
- Assisting with proposals and identifying further advisory opportunities
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
- Strong UK corporate tax advisory experience gained within practice
- Experience across reorganisations, transactions, and shareholder planning
- Commercial, proactive, and confident working directly with clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
