A Real Assets Tax Manager in a Big 4 Global Practice based in Glasgow with a salary range of £50,000-£75,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

Following major legislative changes impacting UK Real Assets, demand for their services is growing rapidly. As part of the Financial Investors Group, the Real Assets tax team works closely with transactions and advisory specialists to deliver market-leading compliance, advisory, and technology-driven solutions. This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious, high-growth department at the forefront of UK and global Real Assets taxation.
Your new role:
As a Real Assets Tax Manager, you will play a key role in helping Real Assets investors navigate complex UK tax obligations. You'll work alongside senior Partners, Directors and Associate Directors, gaining exposure to top-tier investors while managing your own portfolio of clients. This role combines compliance, technology solutions, and tax technical expertise, offering significant scope to stretch and develop your career.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing Real Assets clients to ensure efficient and timely UK tax compliance
- Advising on the impact of legislative changes for Real Assets investors
- Leading responses to HMRC enquiries
- Driving transformation of tax processes through technology and process improvements
- Managing client accounts and delivering high-quality work across global teams
- Coaching and developing junior staff
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong knowledge of Real Assets or fund structures and their taxation
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and junior staff
- Commercial awareness and ability to apply technical concepts practically
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivation to grow your career in financial services and Real Assets taxation
- ACA/CTA (or equivalent) desirable but not essential
