In this Senior Manager position, you will play a pivotal role in guiding listed and private companies through the complexities of designing, implementing, and operating share and cash incentive schemes, both in the UK and internationally. Your work will ensure clients meet their tax, legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations while supporting them in building robust incentive structures.

- Manage Employee share scheme advisory projects
- Draft and review advisory and tax valuation reports
- Maintain relationships and provide excellent service to clients and professional advisors
- Providing technical support to team members
- Support and develop the tax team
