We are working with a top-tier Accountancy Firm, renowned for our excellence in providing comprehensive M&A Tax advice. We are working directly with the M&A Tax Partner to find a Senior M&A Tax Manager to join this esteemed team, based in their bustling Reading office. With a diverse clientele ranging from UK listed companies to PE-backed entities, inbound ventures, and family-owned businesses, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of dynamic organizations.
In this role, you will spearhead the M&A Tax Advisory services, taking charge of tax due diligence, structuring, and international tax matters. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating closely with specialized teams across the firm and overseeing projects spanning multiple office locations. Building and nurturing strong relationships with the clients will be a key aspect of the role, ensuring a deep understanding of their businesses and needs. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business proposals and innovative solutions while providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
To thrive in this position, you should hold qualifications such as ACA, CA, CTA, or ACCA, accompanied by a wealth of experience in corporate tax.
