I am assisting a leading professional services firm in their search for a Real Estate Audit Partner to join their London office. As a Real Estate Audit Partner, you'll be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements within the real estate industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality services to clients. Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in fostering client relationships, providing strategic insights, and contributing to the growth of our real estate audit practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements within the real estate sector, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards from planning to completion.
  • Review financial statements, reports, and documentation for real estate clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to audit teams on complex real estate accounting and auditing matters.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status is essential.

  • Strong technical knowledge of real estate accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
