I\’m currently working with a well established Top 10 Accountancy firm in the North who are looking to grow their regional incentive & relief business with several new hires.
Highlights:

- Regional R&D across several offices outside of London

Your new role:
- You\’ll be responsible for assisting managers, directors and partners managing a varied portfolio of clients, handling all of their R&D, patent box and creative industry relief projects.
- Working across a variety of sectors you\’ll be supporting clients across construction, engineering, architecture and software .
- Maintaining relationships with clients and managing expectations surround claims and deadlines.
- Preparing and reviewing technical tax relief claims handling calculations etc.
- Development of staff members and more junior team members, supporting with training.
- Working with other key stakeholders and tax professionals across the firm to spot opportunities.
What you\’ll need to succeed:
- Suitably qualified (ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT), or a professional qualification in science, engineering, software etc.
- Previous experience in a similar role working on incentive reliefs
- Strong report writing skills
- Proficiency and English and mathematics
